Mille-feuille pasta with chiodini mushrooms and speck

Nettle Gnocchetti in a sweet peppers sauce


Second courses

Stewed veal shoulder with aromatic herbs, roast potatoes and butter spinach

Tagliata (sliced beef) with porcini mushrooms, pink pepper and balsamic vinegar drops, stewed bell peppers

and four side dishes

Selection of quality cheeses served with mustard, honey and marmalade

(Or fruit salad with ice cream)
